These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TeleFork.dev, operated by **KEYA IT ENTERPRISES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED**.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform interfaces. Accounts are designated per-developer workspace. Sharing licenses outside of named developers is prohibited.
Developers must not use TeleFork sandboxes to execute cryptocurrency mining operations, distribute malicious software, or run load-testing tasks targeting external perimeters without authorization. We monitor sandbox resource thresholds continuously.
Subscriptions are charged monthly based on active developer counts. Developer tier sandboxes have a hard 15-minute runtime limit. Scale sandboxes enforce traffic-idle auto-wiping (hibernating sandboxes after 15 minutes of inactivity).
TeleFork compiles sandboxes based on user-supplied IaC variables and configurations. We do not guarantee that custom external microservices or codebases run error-free inside ephemeral instances. We provide the service "as is."
These terms are governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal.
